Each case carries the context, approach, and outcomes — alongside collaboration feedback and experiences, in their own words, from people I’ve actually worked with.

mnemur: Reliable, context-safe AI multi-agent system↑ All outcomes

Founder & operator · 2026–present
Context

Running a portfolio of ventures and advisory work at high tempo — more context than one person can hold, more decisions than one person can gate by hand. Sensitive material across very different domains can’t be allowed to bleed together, and a single undisciplined assistant only makes that worse.

Approach
  • Built a fleet of context-walled AI roles: each domain lives in its own walled context, so sensitive data stays isolated and never bleeds across — a privacy strength, not a data dragnet.
  • Designed it verify-not-promise: a role proves its state before it claims it, so you stay in control and nothing ships on a promise.
  • Productivity layer: immediate analysis and context-crunching across domains, with a priority stack and review cadence that keep throughput high as it scales.
Outcomes
  • A fleet of XX context-walled AI roles across XX domains, in daily use — each domain isolated, none bleeding into another.
  • ~XX hrs/week of coordination and analysis reclaimed.
  • A verify-not-promise gate catches fabricated state before it ships — it has caught real errors in self-certified work.

Maven Clinic: EMR strategy & custom prototype in days with AI↑ All outcomes

Product and technology leadership · 2026 · women’s and family health
Context

Clinical programs were running on homegrown software that was slow to extend — every new capability meant a long build, and the tooling lagged behind how care actually needed to be delivered.

Approach
  • Chose a custom EMR on Medplum + Claude Code over extending the slow homegrown stack.
  • Used AI to prototype working capabilities in days, not quarters.
  • Paired fast iteration with clinical reality, reshaping how engineering and clinical programs were built together.
Outcomes
  • A working prototype that proved a viable path off the homegrown software.
  • Build speed cut from quarters to days.
  • A lasting shift in how the team uses AI in product: informed bets, human judgment in the loop.
He had a meaningful impact on how I think about AI and product development — making informed bets, embracing uncertainty, and learning through iteration.
Veronica Venezia — Product Director @ Maven Clinic
I found him pushing the boundaries of both the firm’s use of technology and the way we established clinical programs.
Mike Wong — Product @ Maven Clinic

Teo is an incredible force to work with. He’s passionate, motivated, and so energetic when it comes to solving real problems that impact people. He has set the bar for what I expect from other product leaders that I’ll work with in the future.
Christina Beard — Design leader
Teo was an essential member of the product team at Collective Health — a real cornerstone of both the product and the team since the early days. He managed the development of many of our most critical products, collaborating across the entire company.
Justin Durack — Head of product
He helped drive engineering and design leaders to shadow our member advocates so we could prioritize member facing features. This played a vital role in our initial scale out from 300 to 30,000 members who worked for progressive companies like SpaceX and Activision Blizzard.
Mark Hollis — Director of Operations | AI & Digital Health CX Leader
I had the pleasure to work with Teo on Collective Health’s early products and it became quickly apparent that he can easily juggle a long term vision of a product with limitation of healthcare space and the medium of the web.

Coaching & advisory feedback

From founders & PMs I’ve coached and advised↑ All outcomes

Alongside the operating roles above, I’ve mentored product managers and advised founders — through the Product Mentor program by First Round, Product School, and Startup Leadership, and peer groups.

I always found Teo’s advice about problems I was facing as a product manager thoughtful, smart, and pragmatic. He was very quick to draw parallels between issues I was facing and issues he’d faced in the past, offering practical, actionable steps. Any PM looking for an advisor, coach, or mentor will find Teo to be a great partner.
Ben Hadden — Product @ Sierra | Former Included Health, Disney
Teo was very helpful in my transition from consulting into product management, providing me with advice and assistance for this not necessarily easy career change. In the end I successfully landed a job as a product manager.
Jens-Fabian Goetzmann — Head of Product at RevenueCat
Teo’s support and guidance during my pursue of developing a career as a Product Manager in Tech was definitely a game changer in my quest. He has a deep understanding of what Product Management is and how can you become one.
Daniel Lozano — Founder and CEO at KindWorks.AI
Teo gave me some great advice on the challenges I was trying to solve at my company, specifically in prioritizing, testing ideas, and time management. He is a great person to talk to and discuss ideas & challenges!
Sourya Roy — Product Manager at Google
Teo advised me with my professional career on Product Management. His insights were goal driven and according with my experience and my passions. It was easy to establish a confident conversation considering his empathy, industry experience and role conviction.
Santiago Icaza — Technical Advisory | Cost, Risk & Life-Cycle Strategy | Infrastructure, Energy & Digital Assets
Teo has been a mentor to me for the past year and has since become an invaluable resource in helping me navigate working at an early stage startup. He is able to give guidance that makes me think and pushes me in the right direction without directly telling me what he thinks I should do. I’ve been able to rely on Teo’s understanding of the complex digital health landscape and regulatory environment to help me make thoughtful product decisions and tradeoffs.
